Quality Policy

This company undertakes to supply only safety equipment that fully complies with the standards and regulations and claims made relating to those products. Where appropriate, this company will maintain up to date technical files and associated documentation to ensure that regulatory compliance information can be supplied upon request.
Where products are sourced
 from external organisations which hold technical files relating to the products being offered, this company will request confirmation that these files are current, complete, contain appropriate conformity assessment information and, where relevant, regulatory compliance certificates and will take all necessary steps to confirm the validity of the compliance documentation held by that external supplier in respect of the products being sourced.

Delivery Information

We acknowledge receipt of your order within 2 hours from the time it is received and endeavour to dispatch orders on the same day, or at the latest the next day for fastest possible delivery times. If the items are not in stock, our order confirmation will have the best estimated delivery date.

In the unlikely event that you have not received your order within 5 working day from the date we confirmed dispatch, please contact us. If we anticipate a delay with your order, we will telephone or email you.

Returns Procedure

If you find that your items are not in perfect condition we will give you a full refund.  If the items are the wrong size for you, we will swap them for a charge of £4.00 to subsidise the postage costs.

Please contact us to arrange a return – we will give you the appropriate returns address.

Returns Conditions

The item must be in a re-saleable condition to be accepted or for a size change.
The item must not have been worn other than to be tried for size.
We will not accept goods that have become dirty, even if subsequently cleaned.
Returns must be made within four weeks (28 days) of purchase.
If the items arrived in a manufacturer’s packaging then they must be returned in the same way.
It is the responsibility of the returning party to pay for return carriage costs.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return transit, it is advised to insure returns and keep proofs of sending.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you feel your items are faulty, please contact us to arrange the return and we will apply a full refund or replacement according to your choice.
